Use Epoch Ginger topically with Epoch Topical Blending Oil and aromatically with Epoch Mist or Epoch Mini Mist
Usage:
- Diffuse in an Epoch diffuser
- Put two or three drops on a handkerchief or cotton ball and inhale
- Dilute and apply one or two drops on your midsection and massage lightly
